Come live with us! We are looking for a third flatmate to live in our extra large, homely non-smoking three bedroom West Hampstead flat.
The flat is in a large mansion block just off West End Lane, a 7 min walk to the station and has access to private gardens opposite the building (great for summer). The building has porters who collect our rubbish from outside our doors, take deliveries for us and are on hand for any maintenance issues, which is great.
There is a lovely living area with good quality furnishings and a private balcony as well as a massive, fully equipped eat-in kitchen for all those foodies (sorry pics can't fit it all in!). We have a separate utility area with dishwasher/washing machine and drying rack. The flat has high ceilings throughout.
The room itself: fully furnished with a double bed with large freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bookshelves. It has a bay window facing the back garden area. The new person would share the main bathroom with one other girl.
The flatmates: two girls in their late 20s who have been in London for a number of years, one is a solicitor and one works in media, looking to replace our other flatmate who is moving to the US. We are looking for someone who is courteous and enjoys a good laugh, and who wants to live in a home, rather than just a flatshare. Our flat is comfortable and welcoming, and we’d like to think we are too, although we both have our own lives and a lot going on independently. The rent is 890 plus around 110 for utilities per month (gas, electricity, council tax, internet and Sky+). We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
Area: West Hampstead is a great area of NW London and the location of the flat is superb – close to Hampstead Heath and with amazing transport links to the city (Jubilee & Metropolitan lines, Overground, Thameslink and loads of buses).
