We are currently looking for a new housemate to a take a lovely small double room in our flat.
The two story flat is fantastically located in the centre of West Hampstead at just a 3 minutes walk to West Hampstead Overground, Thames Line and Underground (Jubilee line) stations. Other transport links include the following bus links close by: 139, 328, C11, 13, 82, 113, N13, N113 many of which stop right outside the house.
The flat is close to all of the popular aspects of West Hampstead, its markets, restaurants and bars, but located on a quieter street, in which the room itself faces away from the traffic and avoids all of the city noise.
The room is fully furnished, including a double bed, a wardrobe and a set of drawers.
In the house itself there are one open kitchen leading to a cosy living area, one bathroom, 1 toilet.
The desired flatmate can either be a student or a professional and looking for a 1 year let although this can be discussed with the agency.
The rent is £650 with a £130 monthly bills. There is a deposit of a £980.
You will share this flat with myself a friendly tall french professional, working for a e-marketing company. I also play for the West Hampstead UCS Rugby club.
