The house has three bedrooms, a nice kitchen, a large lounge and best of all.... a fabulous roof terrace with panoramic views over London. The two other housemates (an English guy and an Aussie girl) are very friendly and love to hang out on the terrace with a glass of wine or have a bbq!
We also have a friendly house cat.
The house is about a 10min walk from West Hampstead tube, the overground and the Thameslink. The c11 bus is also right outside the door. Kilburn high road and tube stations are also a short walk away.
The rent is £620 per month plus bills (which include wi-fi, talk-talk tv and a weekly cleaner and come to roughly £130). Security deposit is £700.
