If you are interested, we will meet on an informal basis at the flat, to assess each other's suitability to live together, happily and in harmony!! In return you will of course receive appropriate receipts and most importantly the current legal “assured shorthold tenancy agreement”, providing you with a proper, genuine sense of security, safety and mutual respect.

YOUR RIGHT TO RENT:
In order to comply with Legislation passed during the 2015/16 financial year, as a landlord the Law requires that I retain a copy of your passport / or Identity Card, and to demonstrate I have also taken reasonable steps to ensure your identity, I also ask to retain copies of your last 3 wage slips, (I don't need to see the actual details - just retain evidence that I checked your employer's name and address and that your name matches that stated on your Passport / or National identity card).
