Lovely Double Room in West Hampstead

Looking for a new housemate to share with 4 wonderful people. The house is situated between West Hampstead and Finchley Road and is no more than a 5 minute walk to either underground stations, Thameslink and coaches going straight to all major airports - transport links are amazing! It's also very close to lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs.

I am the current tenant and will be moving out at the end of the month so looking for someone to fill my room. A bit about the room...it has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, a small storage closet, a desk & chair and a side bed table. Rent is £540 plus council tax (~£33) and bills split between 5 people come up to about £20-£30 a month. We also have a Sky box & broadband which is ~£13 a month each and deposit is one month's rent in advance of moving in to secure the room. Rent is an absolute bargain considering the room size and amazing location! There are also 2 showers, 2 toilets, a big living room and a huge back garden.

The house consists of 3 males (1 German/Irish, 1 British & 1 Aussie) and 1 female (also an Aussie) so another female to keep the balance is preferred :) No students please! All are working professionals so are mostly busy during the week but like to sit in the living room, watch tv, have a drink and eat together when possible. Occasionally (when the weather is nice), we get together for BBQ and beers in the garden. Not looking for someone who just stays in their room all the time!

The room is technically available from the end of the month but I realise this falls on a Tuesday so happy to find a solution for the new housemate to move in on the 28th while I'm moving out.
