Double Room in Spacious West Hampstead Flat

Hi,

We have a double room with a King Sized bed available in a large 3 bed 2 bathroom flat in West Hampstead available to rent from 20th September 2014.

The flat is an easy walk to West Hampstead and Finchley road tube stations as well as West Hampstead over ground and Thameslink stations.

West Hampstead high street is at the foot of the road with restaurants, shops and bars all a few minutes walk away. The Finchley Road O2 centre is walking distance which has a large Sainsbury's and a cinema.

The flat features all mod cons including central heating, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

Bills are around £160 in total including a cleaner, broadband and Sky (full package).

My flatmates are both professionals and are looking for someone else working 9 to 5. They are laid back and easy going and are looking for someone who enjoys chilled evenings and occasional beers. Both are pretty clean and tidy without being uptight and are looking for someone similar.

This is a great flat (the photos don't do it justice) and well worth viewing with really friendly flatmates who I will miss. I am only moving out of the flat to move in with my girlfriend.
