Large ensuite double close to tube

I am looking for a new flatmate to share a house with a two eccentric cats and a mostly very tidy human. The room is a large double with an ensuite shower room. It is fully furnished with a large wardrobe, two chests of drawers, some shelving and a full size double bed (bigger than the one in the picture). It's on the upper ground floor of a two storey flat (my bedroom/bathroom is on the lower floor).
There is a large living room with plenty of gadgets (broadband, Netflix, HD TV, bar etc etc) and a piano (not that it ever gets played). There's also a garden/patio where I attempt to grow tomatoes and raspberries and have the odd bbq in the summer.
I have a cleaner who comes every week and keeps the place tidy and will do ironing and change bedsheets if required. The flat is very close to West Hampstead station on a quiet, safe side street.
