I'm a friendly 30yo professional looking for a flatmate to fill a room in West Hampstead. My current housemate and I had a nice time together but unfortunately he's moving out with his girlfriend by the 15 of October.

The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living room with a Virgin media 30mb broadband and Sky+Skysport, a large kitchen with all the usual facilities, a private patio and a garden shared with the others in the building (almost private as nobody really uses it!). The flat is located within 8min walk distance from West Hampstead station and about 5 from Kilburn park station, and is very well connected to Oxford Circus by bus 139/189, which are literally 1min walking distance. It's only minutes away from Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S, etc, and is located on an extremely quite oneway road.

I'm looking for a professional laid back person, I don't have gender nor sexual orientation preferences but I do care about tidiness and friendliness, because I like to spend some time with the person I live with, although I'm very respectful of others' privacy. I occasionally have some friends over and I like meeting new people so I don't mind if my flatmate brings friends at home. I also organise some nice BBQ in the garden every once in a while!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a big drawer and has two windows.
