Small room in great flatshare

Hi Guys,

We have a room in a 3 bed flat in West hampstead, only a 5 minute walk from West Hamstead underground/overground.

The 3 rooms are fully furnished with double beds etc. and it has a kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and a toilet.

The room that will be yours is a bit small, but it fits a wardrobe and a double bed.

It is possible for us to sit in the kitchen and hang out, or in one of the bigger rooms, where there is a sofa so that we can chill with a movie or so.

The rent is 170pw excl. bills, but this will come to approx. £60pcm.

The tenancy period is for at least 1 year.

Because we let via an Agency you would have to pay 1 months rent (£680) + deposit (£940) + reference check (£170) upfront.

If you have been looking for flats, you know that it is quite difficult to find something, and this flat is truly REALLY nice!!!

A Little bit about us;
We are 2 Danish girls (we have only known each other for 2 weeks) and have come to London to Study and Work.

I (Alexandra) am studying my Masters, and Kamilla is working.

During the weekdays I will be studying, and Kamilla will be working, but during the weekends we like to go out, have fun, have good dinners, just enjoy life :)

We hope to find someone who wants the flat to be a home, where we occasionally can have dinner/have a beer/something together, so that is becomes a nice place to be :)

If you can agree to the above mentioned and want to come to our viewing on saturday (4/9) between 2pm-4pm, please write a Little bit about yourself. We have to be quick with the flat, so we are really in a rush to find someone.
