This is a lovely 3 bedroom property that is currently housed by 2 girls. Our third housemate is leaving, so we have one room available (Room 1). It is marked as the smaller room, bright room with built in wardrobes and a double bed and available for to rent and advertised as a single room (13.5 x 7.5 with double futon). The window overlooks the garden.
We would prefer a female flatmate, as all the other housemates are female (room is for one person, not a couple please).
Tenants description - We love the house and the area and looking for 1 flat mate who wants to make the house a home to move in one of the two rooms available. We have always had quite a relaxed atmosphere in the house and enjoy spending the evenings that we are in relaxing in the lounge chatting and watching TV. We are sociable while also respecting each other's space and being foodies we enjoy going out for dinner / drinks. We love having brekkie at the local farmer's market on a Saturday.
