This is a lovely 3 bedroom property that is currently housed by 2 girls. Our third housemate is leaving, so we have one room available (Room 1). It is marked as the smaller room, bright room with built in wardrobes and a double bed and available for to rent and advertised as a single room (13.5 x 7.5 with double futon). The window overlooks the garden.

We would prefer a female flatmate, as all the other housemates are female (room is for one person, note a couple please).

Tenants description - We love the house and West Hampstead area. We are looking for one flat mate who wants the house to feel like a home, as we have a relaxed atmosphere in the house and enjoy a chat over dinner. We are sociable, whilst also respecting each other's space and being foodies we enjoy cooking, meeting with friends and going out for dinner or at the local farmer's market on the weekend.
