Large room available - West Hampstead

A room is becoming available in our large West Hampstead flat. The room will be available from early August. Move in day is somewhat a bit flexible, just to be aware that the referencing process with the agency takes c. 2 weeks and needs to be completed before the new tenant can move in.

You will be sharing the flat with two professionals in their early 30s: Kathryn and Jamie. Whilst they both have their own lives they are always happy to catch up over dinner, drinks or movies. I have very much enjoyed living with them these past few years.

The flat is great: large, spread over four levels, it has a lot of natural day lights and have this lovely home feel.

First floor: kitchen with access to the terrace - perfect for summer drinks. One bathroom with a shower that tends to be used by both Kathryn and Jamie

Second floor: large living room and Kathryn's bedroom.

Third floor: Jamie's bedroom and the second bathroom with a bathtub

Fourth floor: attic bedroom - your bedroom. The room is very spacious with a lot of natural day light and has ample storage space. The room is currently arranged over two separate areas: one with an office set up and a large desk, the other side of the room being the bedroom area.

The room is £927 per month plus bills that range from £150 to £200 per month depending on utility consumption. This includes water, broadband, utility, council tax (band D) and a cleaner who comes every two weeks and clean the common spaces and our rooms if we want.

We rent the flat from a local agency. Deposit is 5 weeks of rent (to be confirmed) and they will ask for references + a £50 admin fees.
