1. The price £299 pw is negotiable

2. This is a Platinum Large Ensuite on the 5th floor with skyline view available between 6th of May until the 10th of July.

3. The key difference from other apartments at Nido is that there are only 4 rooms in this apartment. Even though the roommates(James, David and Frank) are funny and intelligent guys, you will be able to have your privacy in the kitchen/living room since they won't be there very often. Problems with other apartments is that they have 6,8 or 10 roommates and it is always super busy in the kitchen/living room area.
Additionally, my room is an inside one, so there is no noise from the metro.

3. The price 299£(negotiable) includes:
- All utility bills
- Free Wi-Fi
- 24/7 security
- 24/7 access to gym
- Weekly housekeeping(every Tuesday for our apartment)
- Free monthly parties organized by Nido twice a month(free alcohol, DJ and decorations)
- 2 pillows and 4 pillow cases

- 3 big towels + 3 medium towels + 3 face towels
- A set of 4 plates, 4 bowls(+ 1 salad bowl), 4 cutlery set and 2 glasses
- 2 Tefal frying pans, 3 cake pans(1 glass + 2 metal), 1 cooking pot and 1 cutting board
- 4 spatulas, 2 cutting knives, 1 whisk, 1 can opener and 1 peeler

5. Fees
- Deposit of 300£ (refundable after you move out)
- Admin fee of 150£(It is a requirement by Nido, however we can negotiate since I am willing to pay it for you depending on the period of your stay and price per week.
