Double room available on the 3rd floor of a new-build apartment in West Hendon, North West London.

The prospective flatmate's room is fully furnished and includes a bed, wardrobe, and desk. They will also have their own large bathroom for personal use, which includes a toilet, sink, bath, shower and storage.

The apartment has an open-plan living room/kitchen that is fully furnished and can be used. The sitting room leads onto a large balcony with terrific views of the complex park and Brent reservoir.

Serin Apartment sits in the newly (and continually) developed Hendon Waterside developments. There are ample transport options close by including:

1. Thameslink overground train service that takes you directly into Central London within 25 minutes only 6 minute walk from the apartment.
2. Hendon Central Northern Line underground station 20 minutes walk from West Hendon or 5-minute bus ride.
3. Several bus stops within the area.

The area has a busy high street with many shops. It has a co-op next to the development, a large Sainsburys 6 minutes walk away and an Aldi, Asda, Waitrose and Lidl an 8-minute drive away in Colindale. There are 2 gyms in Collindale and a new any time fitness set to open next to the development in November. There is also payed parking close to the developments but no free parking.

your flatmate: I, the landlord, am a 26-year-old professional currently working as a journalist. I am active and engage in several sports so spend a lot of time out of the house. I am friendly and enjoy a chat but also value my own personal uninterrupted time. I sometimes have friends around so would need someone who is ok with this. A roommate would be ok to have friends over but no parties are allowed. I also value a tidy and clean house and would only consider those who value the same.

I am looking for someone of a similar nature to share my home with and hopefully make a friend during that time.
