Full of charm and quirky features inc a wood burning stove, oak counters and even a glass panel in the bedroom floor ! The entrance is separate from the main property through a side gate and via the garden .
The rent includes council tax , water rates excludes gas and electric and Virgin ,The interior is very rustic / industrial it has heaps of character. If you have to have a shower then sorry there is not a separate shower, there is a hand held shower in the double ended bath tub.
