I have 1 room available in a 3 bedroom flat.
Females only and preference is between 33-40 yrs old.

Room 1 - Small double room with shared bathroom with 1 other person - £750 PCM

Room 2 - Large double room with Ensuite bathroom - £950 PCM - NOW TAKEN

The flat is in a lovely, bright and beautiful mansion block flat in Barons Court.

Room 1 is a small double room but has lots of storage, huge windows which make it really light and a gorgeous feature fireplace. The room come furnished as per the pictures with double bed, small built in wardrobe and desk.
You'd be sharing the bathroom with one other.

For bills they are not included in the rent, we all put an addtional £140 each into an account every month, which can be put towards:

Regular Cleaner
Wifi
Council tax
Gas
Electricity
Water
TV licence

We are a 4 minute walk to Barons Court and West Kensington tubes and a 7 minute walk to Kensington Olympia overground. Regular buses will take you into Central London. We are also a 20 minute walk way from High Street Kensington.

The flat is very spacious and you will be sharing with myself (37 Australian female professional) and another (35 british female professional). I generally am quiet during the week with work and happy to chill out in the evening with flatmates and catchup over dinner or a drink in the living room and like spend the weekends with friends exploring london

Ideally looking for a friendly female, a similar age (between 33 - 40), who is clean and tidy and considerate of others, looking for a home and not just a room to live in.
