Double bedroom in West Kensington

Hi guys,

My lovely flatmate is sadly leaving to his home country Spain, so I am looking for someone to take his room.

The flat is in an amazing location in West Kensington, 2 minutes from the Barons Court underground station (Piccadilly and District lines).

It is a few tube stops from London’s beautiful places such as Hyde Park and South Kensington, walking distance to the Thames, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars.

It is a two-bed flat, so you will be sharing with me only. The room in the pictures is the one becoming available. Rent is £800 / month (bills included!). There is a kitchen and a bathroom, which we will be sharing. The flat does not have a living room, but there is a space to have lunch/dinner.

The building has a lift and a housekeeper.

I am 27 years old, working in the financial industry (Monday – Friday). I travel a lot, but when I am at home, I like to cook, watch Netflix or go for a jog by the river.

I am looking for a female (ideally late 20s –30s) who would want to have a chat/cook/ have a drink.

The room will become available on the 1st of August.
