Hi All!!!

Looking for a new flatmate to move in ASAP ideally.

You'd be sharing a very homely flat with myself. Im a 31 years old, German/Spanish and work in property.

The room is lovely, lots of sun in the morning, a comfy king size bed and a big built in wardrobe.

The kitchen is well equipped (washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and double oven) and everything works well (also we have pots/pan/plates and probably everything you’d need.
The living room has everything to offer for lazy sofa+tv evenings.
The bathroom has storage and a shower over the bath and good water pressure.
No carpet throughout the flat but quite a few rugs for cosiness purposes.

Also, you’d have access to a very well kept shared garden with tennis courts (free to use).
