Friendly house! Huge wardrobe! Garden! Double glazed!

We're just off the vibrant North End Road and five mins from West Ken, West Brompton and Barons Court tubes. Latter takes 20 mins to Soho and there are night buses to the North End Road from Camden and Trafalgar Sqare.

The house has a pleasant shared ground floor with living room, decent size kitchen with a walk-in larder and a patio out back which opens into a private lawn shared with other houses. There's also a small gated garden with a bike rack at the front. Your room is on the top floor, along with a shared bath/shower and separate toilet. Rent includes all bills, so council tax, water, energy, TV licence and wifi. There is no landline but, you know, it's 2018. We have a projector which comes out for sporting events and movie night.

There's also a cleaner who comes on Fridays to clean the communal areas, and the landlord covers that.

Your new flatmates work variously in retail, HR and construction and are a friendly and laid-back bunch. The house is somewhere we come to relax - mainly because there are plenty of cool places within walking distance - so it's not a party house but if you get home after a long day and need a drink you'll usually find company.
