We’re looking for someone easy-going and sociable to share our flat with when our current housemate moves out.

Room is a cosy fully furnished double on the top floor of a Victorian mansion block. It comes with a bed, chest of drawers, book-shelves, hanging-rail for clothes and under-bed storage.

The flat has a great kitchen and living room with a shared bathroom. Close to the local shops (small Co-Op, Tesco and Waitrose), cafes, pubs, restaurants, a gym and the North End Road food market.

It’s a two-minute walk to West Kensington Tube station (District line), an 8-minute walk to Barons Court (Picadilly line) and a 12-minute walk to West Brompton (District line and Overground). Earls Court, Fulham and Hammersmith are all within easy walking distance too.

Rent is £488 a month, and £87 for bills, which covers council tax, electric, gas, broadband, water and a cleaner who comes once a week. The deposit is £645 and the agency fee of £240.

The room is available from the 1 December.
