This flat is the best shared flat we've ever seen in London, 2200 sq ft! Enormous reception room almost 40 foot long with dining area and comfy lounge area. Two, yes, two balconies for sunbathing / fresh air, high ceilings, private gated entry and flooded with natural light. The kitchen is a cooks dream with loads of space and storage galore. All set in a stunning Georgian mansion block on a quiet tree lined avenue just a couple of minutes from West Kensington and Barons Court tube station and lots of shops, pubs etc. Also just a few minutes to Kensington Olympia station as well. The bedroom is great too, with a built in desk and good storage and windows on two sides of the room.
The flatmates are a great bunch too, sociable but also considerate, we span a range of professions and all get along well and we are looking for someone lovely and chilled to come and join us. We work in a variety of professions, including drinks entrepreneur (so free drinks!), civil service, and business development for Vodaphone. We are social people but we want somewhere to relax and unwind from busy jobs at home. We will sometimes cook for each other or have a flat social together but it is not a party flat, we want peace and quiet at home too.
Bills around £110 - £120 a month on top of rent.
