Large private room available in a flatshare of 2 occupants in total (you would be the second one) for short let of anything between 1 to 3 months on a flexible basis (we just agree a mutually convenient leaving notice). Extensions after the third month can be decided only later. Moving in asap starting from 4 May.

The bedroom includes: a king size top-quality bed, 2 wardrobe units with hanging rail and shelves for clothes and shoes, 3 wall shelves and a side table. Outside of the room, you will have your own private living room which has a 2-seater sofa, 2 tall storage units and a small table to fit your laptop or a tray with your meal.
Then, you can use 2 storage cabinets in the kitchen area.
The bathroom is in a separate room and has all essentials.

The flat is on the third/ top floor of a typical Victorian house centrally located in a quiet street 8 min walk from West Brompton or 10 from West Kensington or 15 from Barons Court underground stattions.

The flat is cosy, well maintained and furnished and above all clean!

You will share the bathroom with 1 other female professional at all hours and have access to the kitchen between 9.00 and 23.00 when the flat is shared (or at any time when you are alone in the flat!) because the bedroom area of the second flatmate is adjacent to the kitchen. There will be short periods when you will be alone though!

There is a washing machine inside a cupboard unit.

This accomodation is suitable for 1 mature and autonomous professional person who needs a short term place before moving elsewhere, somebody who has a busy schedule for a job externally to the house and needs a quiet and clean chill-out temporary home without the need to bring additional guests over (the flat is too small to fit more than 2 people).
