We are friendly, professional, and respectful flatmates.
Important requirement: we are specifically looking for a professional female working full-time in an office (Monday to Friday, standard business hours). This is a key condition for the household and the room is not suitable for remote workers or students.
Rent is £750 per month, inclusive of all bills. Deposit is £750 (one month in advance). There is no separate living room in the flat.
