Large private room in Fulham flatshare- short let

Large private bedroom + private living room available from 23 September in a flatshare of 2 female occupants (you would be the second one) for a short let of 1 month or up to 3 months.

We can discuss a set duration and it's also available for less than 1 month through Airbandb.

The room includes: a king size top-quality bed, one wardrobe unit with hanging rail and shelves for clothes and shoes, 3 wall shelves and a side table.

Outside of the room, you can use a small living room all for yourself to chill or read etc. (there is no TV/TV license).

You can also use two storage cabinets in the kitchen area.

The bathroom is in a separate room and has all essentials.

The flat is on the top floor of a nice Victorian house centrally located in a quiet street 8 min walk from West Brompton or 10 from West Kensington or 15 from Barons Court underground stations.

The flat is cosy, well maintained and furnished and above all clean!

Depending on which dates you come, you will likely share the bathroom and the kitchen area only with 1 other mature female professional who works from home in daytime hours week days. Hence, this doesn't suit someone who also needs to work from home 5 days per week. It's also possible that you spend most of your short term stay alone, depending on the dates.

There is a washing machine in a separate storage cabinet.

This accommodation is suitable for: 1 mature and autonomous (preferably female) professional who needs a short term place before moving elsewhere, somebody who has a job in an outside workplace and needs a quiet and clean chill-out place to go back to after work, without the need to bring additional guests over (the flat is too small to fit more than 2 people).

Broadband fee is optional (£20 extra, if you need it).

The bedroom of your flatmate is adjacent to the kitchen so please note there is no access to the kitchen during her sleeping hours - e. g. between 23.30 and 9.00 am.
