Large private room in Fulham flatshare- short let

Large private bedroom + private living room can be available from 27 December in Fulham .

You would share with me a few days then I am away from 30 December to 9 January then back on 9th but on 25 January I will be away for 2 full months. So I am searching for the right person to have the flexibility to share with me only a few days and have the right fit to rent completely alone for a 2 or 3 months contract. I do a 3 months contract with a mutual leaving notice that can be 2 or 3 weeks and of course there's a deposit to leave. Extension beyond the third month is possible if all goes well. The £1,020 rate is when the flat is shared with me then it becomes £1,250 when remaining there completely alone - we can of course set the matching pro-rata rental fee based on which calendar date you can enter.

The room includes: a king size top-quality bed, one wardrobe unit with hanging rail and shelves for clothes and shoes, 3 wall shelves and a side table.

Outside of the room, you can use a small living room all for yourself to chill or read etc. (there is no TV/TV license).

You can also use two storage cabinets in the kitchen area.

The bathroom is in a separate room and has all essentials.

The flat is on the top floor of a nice Victorian house centrally located in a quiet street 8 min walk from West Brompton or 10 from West Kensington or 15 from Barons Court underground stations.

The flat is cosy, well maintained and furnished and above all clean!

Depending on which date you come, you will share the bathroom and the kitchen area only with me: a mature female professional who works from home in daytime hours week days. Hence, this doesn't suit someone who also needs to work from home 5 days per week.

There is a washing machine in a separate storage cabinet.

This accommodation is suitable for: 1 mature and autonomous (preferably female) professional who needs a short term place before moving elsewhere, somebody who has a job in an outside workplace and needs a quiet and clean chill-out place to go back to after work, without the need to bring additional guests over (the flat is too small to fit more than 2 occupants).

Broadband fee is optional (£20 extra, if you need it).

The bedroom of your flatmate is literally adjacent to the kitchen so please note that when sharing with me, there is no access to the kitchen during between 23.30 and 9.00 am.
