I'm a London based digital marketing guy who is currently planning to travel for December and January , I'm happy to work remotely from anywhere chasing the sun, and hence, I'm looking for someone who can take care of my lovely room and plants for few months while I'm gone. We are currently 3 living in this nice place we call home. An American 22 yr old girl and a Italian 23 yr old girl will be here while I'll be gone for a few months. We keep the flat immaculately tidy and sometimes it feels like one of us has OCD.
It's an amazing room with a huge sofa, a single bed (used many times as a double bed) and comes with tv and inbuilt ceiling speakers connected to your Bluetooth and mood lightings. the walls are surrounded with my travel memories and posters and of course lovely plants hanging over them. It also comes with an amazing balcony overlooking a quiet street and victorian houses.
ITS ONLY for few MONTHS TO RENT AND MAYBE EXTENDED FOR MONTH OF MAY AS WELL.

Located very near to Kensington/Hammersmith and near to Picadilly line and district line ( 6 minutes walk to Barons Court Station). The location provides excellent connections to the city and its just 3 stops to Victoria station.
The bedroom is furnished with a bed and wardrobe and has a modern bed and lighting installed. Bright and airy overlooking the backyard and victorian houses in Kensington.
There is a lovely separate kitchen/dining room space that everyone shares and we often congregate in for cooking and chilling.
We're also lucky to have a small couple-meter rectangular spot of grass that we're very much looking forward to using more of as the weather improves.
The apartment block is within a gated area with a 9-5 weekday and professional people living in the block.
There is also ample storage available for bicycles behind locked gates in the backyard.
Transport links are excellent, with Hammersmith( Picadilly, metropolitan, district lines), barons Court ( Picadilly/district line) & Westkensington(district Line) stations a few minutes walk across the road as well as regular 24/7 bus services from New road.
In addition, Kensington is just a short walk away with further transport options as well as many shops and eating establishments.
There is a Tesco Express, Sainsbury's local and 24hr TESCO extra within a 5-minute walk, with larger off-licenses and essential cafes, bars, and restaurants everything within 5/10 minutes walks.
Bills aren't included with the advertised rent and they work out to be roughly £100 per month for each tenant which covers water, electricity, heating, council tax, and the internet.
