We are looking for an easy-going flatmate to take on a bright double room ( 3.41 m x 4.37 m ) in a spacious apartment. The apartment has high ceilings and is very light due to the large sash windows. The flat is in a purpose-built 1930s apartment block, well-built with excellent water pressure and facilities.

The room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Currently, the furniture is as seen in the photographs.

The garden is a shared garden and is very well maintained and gets the sun until 6 pm. It is a great place to enjoy an afternoon drink.

The flat is well situated between West Kensington (5mins walk) and Barons Court (10mins walk) tube stations, and Kensington Olympia overground (10mins walk). Amenities include Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Waitrose all within walking distance.
