I am moving back to New Zealand and sadly leave three wonderful flatmates and this lovely flat behind.

The Flat:
Spacious mansion flat with a large kitchen and adjoining living room.
Bedroom is a good sized double on the back of the flat so nice and peaceful!
The room comes fully furnished with lots of storage and a desk if you’re working from home.

It has the following transport links-
West Kensington (district line) 2/3 mins walk
Barons Court (Piccadilly & District) 7 mins walk
West Brompton (Overground & District) 12 mins walk
Kensington Olympia (District & Overground) 12 mins walk

So as you can see we are perfectly located for getting around London!

There's a Tesco and Waitrose opposite the flat for all your shopping needs and the main road has some really great independent restaurants from Brunch to Thai.

There's on street permit parking at the back of the flat.

Bills:
Bills are not included in the monthly rent but total approx. £80 each month.
This includes gas/electric, water, council tax, Netflix, Internet, TV licence and Spotify (if you want).

The Housemates:
Charlotte has lived here for 3.5 years, Philippa for nearly 3 years and Jade moved from Manchester last month. We have a great balance of spending time together as a flat (Netflix sessions, Married at First Sight, Dinner & Drinks etc) and doing our own thing and we're looking for people that want the same!

They’re all professionals working 9-5ish from home for the most part, making the most of our weekends in or out of lockdowns.
