We are renting a single bedsit in West Kensington - Olympia - Barons Court area. Very quiet residence so we are looking for a quiet student. Only one person is allowed in the room. No visitors. Non smokers.

it is a single room with own kitchen area. It is on the 2nd Floor (top floor),
It has bed, table, chair, kitchen units, worktop, fridge, kitchen utensils, bookshelves.
nice and clean with plenty of natural light.

We only share bathrooms. bathroom is shared with 3 other bedsits.

4 weeks in advance. no deposit.
£170 per week. available now.

Only bills to pay are electricity in the room and laundry (launderette is not far from the house). Central heating, water and council tax are included.
