Situated in a quiet estate just off the North End Road, it is 3 minutes from West Kensington (District), five-minutes from Barons Court (District & Piccadilly) and five minutes from West Brompton (District and Overground) with the 28 and 306 buses on the doorstep for North and South and the 74 and 430 buses for East and West

Easy access to Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Kensington High Street and Olympia. Lots of local shops both independent and chain, including Waitrose, Iceland, Tescos and the Co-Op.

There is currently a single bed in the room, which is what my previous tenant wanted but I will be replacing it with a double bed unless you wish to keep the single.

So there's no misunderstanding / disappointment, I am looking for a lodger and, I'm afraid, not looking for a house-mate / house share, so if that's what your criteria is then I don't think we would be a good fit.
