Hello! I (Daniel) am looking for new flatmates for this place in West Ken. One of the current flatmates is definitely moving out, so his room (Room #1) will be free on June 3, potentially earlier. Room 2 will be free by July 1, but potentially slightly earlier.
I'll definitely be staying because I love the place and it's a great deal! We have a spare room we use as a WFH office, a huge living room and a great kitchen. The area is really quiet and is a 5 minute walk from West Ken (District Line) and Barons Court (Piccadilly Line). Message me if you're interested in any of the rooms!
It's currently 3 guys and 1 girl in the flat including me, and definitely keen to keep it as a mixed household going forward.
The video is one the old flatmates took, we've done some repainting so it looks a bit better than in that video.
