£870 per month + bills (these are paid on a monthly rolling basis and fluctuate depending on gas/electricity usage)

There’s an estate service which means bins are collected and communal areas are cleaned - there is also a garden and tennis court you can book.

Sitting room is large and has surround sound/a screen for a projector. One bathroom, fitted-out kitchen with airfyer.

It is a basement flat which means we get a little bit less light but has been cool throughout summer (and all of my plants are still alive).

May need to replace the desk in the room as that might not be there but otherwise everything is furnished.

10 minute walk to West Kensington or Baron's Court Stations. 15 minute walk to PureGym/Pret.
