Very large double room in the second floor of the house, very bright, nice and cosy. Very well connected with Piccadilly & District line. All bills are included in the price. Also open to negotiate the price looking for suitability of the person too. I will ask the rent in advance in order to provide the keys and £70 deposit (refundable) for the keys and also to take out the room from the market. Young & Professional flatmates, very good vibe and energy in the house. We all get well, like a family far from home. We keep the flat in good conditions, clean and tidy. Any question, let me know.
