Reletting my own room while I am away for 2-4 weeks in Spain ONLY. The room is in Barons Court area, close to Hammersmith & West Kensington, very convenient area😀 The room will be available from 13/10/24 to 27/10/2024 ONLY for 2x weeks.
Very large double room in the second floor of the house, very bright, large and cosy. Well connected as its just next to Barons Court station which is literally 1 min by walk; Piccadilly line & District. All bills are included in the price. Also open to negotiate the price looking for suitability of the person too. I will ask the rent in advance in order to provide the keys and £50 refundable deposit for the keys and also to take out the room from the market. Young & Professional flatmates, very good vibe and energy in the house. We all get well, like a family far from home. We keep the flat in good conditions, clean and tidy. Any question, let me know. More than happy to send more pics or videos of the 2 bathrooms and living/dining in the third floor.
