Description
Hi all,
We are looking for someone tidy, friendly, respectful and of a similar age to share our Hammersmith/Fulham flat.
We are two professionals in our late twenties/mid thirties and we would like to find someone like minded who are also professional to share our tranquil home.
Base rent is £ 680.723, and with bills the total costs come to about £804 a month.
Flat available to rent from 11th Jan 2026 (negotiable, if you want to move in earlier). The contract is renewed for 12 months every year on the 11th of March, with a 6-month break clause.
The new tenant should preferably have a PERMANENT JOB as the agency will do a background check.
A bit about the current flatmates:
Chris: 37 year-old Mathematician/Data Scientist, about to begin studying for a PhD. I mostly work from home, play piano and violin in a jazz band. I enjoy board gaming and foreign languages, tennis/swimming/climbing, and theatre.
Jesse, 28: Pathology museum officer and also does costumes for theatre!
(We are both English-speaking)
About the flat:
THE ROOM: single room with a double bed (but not for couples), clothes rail, desk and cupboard. Room faces a lovely garden and gets lots of natural light.
The house: 3 bedrooms in total, 1 bathroom with bath and shower attachment.
Kitchen including integrated fridge/freezer, new washing machine and small dining corner
Central heating
Brick building, good sound insulation from other flats
Elevator
Building superintendent
About the area:
This is a great residential area in west London, with fantastic amenities, green/riverside spaces and cultural centres as well as quick access to Central London. It truly has everything! I particularly like the proximity to the museums and theatres. The nearby medical centre on Lillie Road is the hub of the NHS GP at Hand service, so it is easy to get to appointments when they recommend in-person.
