Double Room in West Kensington

Hi, we are looking for a new flatmate in our 5 bedroom flat in West Kensington. The move in date is the 5th of January.

Females preferred.

The room is a double bedroom with a large window and built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe.

The apartment is a Maisonette situated over two floors of a period mansion block. There are three bathrooms and a balcony. All windows are doubled glazed and rooms feature high ceilings to give a spacious feel. You will be sharing your bathroom with one other flatmate.

Rent is £840. Other bills aren’t included but they are roughly £50 per month.

We are four young professionals all between 25-26 (two boys & two girls). We are all independent but like to hang out when we are all in. We are all either hybrid or full time in office.

The property is less than a 5 minute walk from Barons Court tube station and a 2 minute walk to West Kensington. The area is full of independent cafes with green spaces and supermarkets nearby.
