My current flatmate/bestie is sadly moving out, so I am looking for someone to move into her room! Ideally looking for a young professional female who is friendly, easy going, tidy, and respectful of communal spaces!

- 10 min walk to overground
- Hammersmith High Street & Kensington High Street are just around the corner! The river is a 15 minute walk!

A little about me:

I work in Healthcare IT in a hybrid environment- typically go into the office twice a week and traveling out of town for work 20% of the time. I’m easy going, tidy, organised, and respectful of communal spaces. I love wine nights, traveling, and socialising, but also recharge with a good show to binge. I also own a home in the USA that I lived in and am now renting out, so I know how important it is to be responsible for a property and those living in it!

I do come with 2 female cats that I’ve moved over from the states. They are both very friendly/cuddly and they know tricks! They have been declawed, litter trained, spayed, and updated with vaccines. I vacuum frequently to limit cat hair and take full responsibility for their care (but they might beg for cuddles)
