This is a large double room available for short term sublet. The room is very big and has plenty of cupboard space, a double bed and a desk, but some of the cupboards are used for storage. The rent includes all bills Inc internet.

The flat is in a lovely area with great access (~5 min walk) to both the Piccadilly and the District line, a Virgin active gym 5mins walk away and good local shops just 2-3 mins walk. The flat is spacious, with a large dining/living area and access to a good sized paved garden.

Current occupants are my brother (also a landlord) who is a professional (civil service) and a long term tenant who has lived there since 2020. Both are in their early 40s and are relaxed and pretty tidy.
