Hi everyone,

We have a double room available for rent starting from 17 March.

The room is priced at £575 per month, with a £475 deposit, plus bills averaging around £100 in summer and £130 in winter.

The flat is shared with three flatmates — Valentina, Alex, and Mihai, aged between 27 and 39. We are all easygoing and friendly. This is not a party flat; it’s a calm, warm home where we like to relax after a long day at work. We may occasionally have a cup of tea together, but we also respect each other’s privacy.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing person to join us. If you’re interested, I can share photos of the flat or arrange a viewing. Please feel free to ask any questions.

The flat has an older style of construction and design, but we take good care of it and aim to maintain a comfortable and welcoming living environment. The area is pleasant and well connected, with nearby amenities:
