I am looking for someone to take over my room in West Kensington from the 15th of June onwards. The room comes with a double bed, desk, office chair, sizeable drawer, and a built-in closet space. You would be sharing with five others who are in the age range of 20-30 (professionals, but students are welcome!). The house has a kitchen combined with a living room, two bathrooms, and a big balcony - and comes with a washer and dryer. Within the price of 795 pcm some bills are included, with additional bills being around 40 pcm.

The flat is located approximately 7 minutes from West Kensington station, 13 minutes from West Brompton station, and 13 minutes from Barons Court station - with several bus stops close by. A smaller tesco and waitrose are located less than 5 minutes away - and a large tesco within a 15 minute walk. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and other shops in the area.

The flat is looking for someone considerate, sociable, and who would help keep the flat clean.
