Barons Court room in 2-bed flat

Hi there,

I'm looking for a flatmate for the second room in my 1-bedroom flat.

The flat is equal distance between Barons Court and West Kensington tube stations (about an 8 minute walk to either). The room is equipped with built-in cupboards and a large single bed, but the room itself is a double. If you'd like the room unfurnished we can arrange removing the bed. Rent for the room is £1200 and this includes all bills (water, gas, heat, wifi, council tax).

I'm a 32 year old professional in the arts, originally from Canada but living in the UK for about a year and a half. I have a relatively quiet life and enjoy watching movies at home in the evening and cooking or having friends over for dinner. I don't have any pets but I often dog-sit and would like to get a dog sometime within the next year, so it's important to me that my new roommate is dog friendly. I'm in the process of fixing up the flat so while it looks good now, I'll likely be doing little facelifty-y projects on the weekends sometimes.

Ideal move-in date is August 1 but there is some flexibility with this if it needs to be earlier. I'll do some viewings on June 25/26/30 but will also hold more in early July. Please send me a message to request a viewing.
