Description
Double room, couple of minutes walk from West Kensington station. I'm going abroad for a bit and looking for someone to stay in the room for the period from 16th of August to 27th of August (11 nights, the end date can be extended for some days to a week longer if necessary, up to the 2nd of September). £220 for the 11 days of stay, for any potentially longer stay it's extra £20 per day.
The room is on the top floor of the big old house that could use renovation, but I almost never bump into other tenants that all keep to themselves and rarely use communal spaces. There is no washing machine, but there are several launderettes nearby.
The room would suit someone that wants a budget option to spend some time in a quiet place on a great location.
