Double bed in West Kensington

Hi, we're currently looking to replace our flatmate Ethan, who is sadly moving back to the USA. Please see details below:

Room/Flat:
The 3-bed, 2-bath flat is spread across two floors at the top of a townhome and comes fully furnished. It has a large open floor plan kitchen and living room. The available double bedroom is very large with lots of storage space and natural light, overlooking a private garden on the first level. It also comes with an adjacent bathroom. The other bathroom is located on the top floor.

Location:
The location is very nice as well, on a quiet street. We're a short walk to Hammersmith, which has some lovely riverside pubs and walks. We are also a very short walk from High Street Kensington, which has a nice array of shops and cafes along with Holland Park and Hyde Park right on your corner. It's a 1-minute walk to a local Sainsbury's and a 10-minute walk to a larger Tesco.

Flatmates:
Currently, the other two rooms are taken by James (25, British, Software Engineer) and Adam (25, American, Landscape Architect) who both met via SpareRoom. We both like hanging out together, whether at home, at the pub, or out in London. We also respect each other's space.

Flatmate Preference:
Ideally, we're looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the flat but whom we can also get along with and is down to grab a pint after work or go travelling when we get an opportunity. We also have guests over occasionally for dinners and game nights and enjoy socialising at our place since it's nice and open. You would be more than welcome to join and bring your friends along.
