Double room West Kensington in flat share 8th July

Leaving my tenancy on 8th July,
- property run by estate agents (operate with HMO house shares only) Acre properties.

- Bed is an ottoman so has storage underneath, big built in wardrobe, also comes with TV, chest of drawers, a glass desk (not pictured), bedside table. So much space in the room

- price I’m paying is £990 all inclusive of bills, council tax, water, electric etc, (pay total via standing order to agents, no bills split between tenants)

- Maisonette style flat ground floor bedroom next to living room/kitchen area with 1 toilet/sink on same floor, 3 other bedrooms/tenants upstairs, 2 bathrooms with showers/bath to use by all tenants upstairs so in total 2 toilets, 2 baths/showers, very handy!

- All tenants within acre properties are random people as such, they rent rooms individually (I knew none of the people when I moved in) mix of ages 2 women maybe in 40’s, 1 guy in 20’s

- Contract believe would be 6 months minimum thereafter monthly rolling so you can leave just give them 1 month notice

- In a block of flats ground floor, 237 north end road W14 9UE

- parking maybe possible to apply for permits on the main road or behind the flats

- West Kensington, Barons Court, Earl’s Court, West Brompton all nearby stations, Tesco superstore also close and maybe smaller supermarkets too

You would contact myself and then I put your details forward to the agents to go through the rest, arrange viewings etc, some details you will need to clarify with them, all info given above is what I have had since being in the flat.

Move in date may be flexible after 8th July however NO EARLIER as this is when I leave again once put in contact with agents this can be asked.
