The room is a light airy small double with a window out onto our street. It has a built in wardrobe also.
Our housemate is happy to sell the furniture (bed, dressing table and small bedside drawers for £150) ✨
We have a lovely open plan living room with a garden and a good sized kitchen with all the mod cons. We have a big daddy telly with all of the streaming platforms you could want - fans of Real Housewives, Vanderpump Rules and any Netflix crime docco you’ll feel right at home!
The street itself is a quiet mews in West Kensington - which we love! We want the person who joins the house to enjoy chilling like we do - we aren’t a party house but sometimes have the odd dinner party or BBQ in the garden. We love to keep the house super chill and a sanctuary for when we come back from work 🧘♀️ Looking for a hun that is conscious of others, kind, calm and tidy (tidy a big one here) 🫧
Ideally we’d like someone that doesn’t work fully from home, has their own thing going on but also enjoys the odd glass of wine and telly night with us 🍷
The room is £800 + bills (approx £120) and move in date will be within the next month/six weeks but we can perhaps be flexible with this by a few days
✨ Deposit is £750 our land lady is lush and tends to do 12 month rolling contract - this one ends 31st Oct and we’d be looking to renew for another year so only apply if you definitely are keen to stay on for another year ✨
Please only apply if you fit the criteria above - we would hate to waste anyone’s time. Historically we have a lot lot lot of interest so can’t get back to everyone but will try our best.
