2 Beds Available in Barons Court

We have two double bedrooms in a spacious flat share available 22nd of August as our current flatmates are moving out (can be flexible by a few days if needed):
- One is a fantastic ensuite with ample built-in storage, which comes with a double bed and ensuite.
- The other is a lovely room that also comes with a double bed and good built-in storage.

We are looking to rent the rooms separately to two new flatmates or together to a couple (this was our previous arrangement with the flatmates moving out, and they've used one room as their bedroom and the other as their study).

Our flat is very conveniently located just 1 minute away from Barons Court station on the Piccadilly and District lines, in a lovely and quiet but well-connected area. We are a few minutes’ walk from both West Kensington and Hammersmith where you’ll find shops, pubs and places to eat, and the Thames is only 10 minutes away.

The flat is in a very charming and well-maintained mansion block and has a very spacious living room, a large well-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven and dishwasher and a separate utility room including a tumble dryer. There is a very large shared bathroom with a shower and a sink, and a separate toilet.

You’ll be sharing the flat with 3 other people: two young professionals aged 25 currently living in the flat, and another new person taking over the other room. If you are moving into the room without the ensuite, you'll share the bathroom with 2 other people. If renting both rooms as a couple, you'll only share the flat with the two of us currently here. We are searching for another 2 professionals around the same age who are looking for a clean and friendly flat and who work in the office or hybrid.

The current tenants are Ed, who is an accountant (boring), is into his sport and his cooking, and enjoys some sociable beers, and myself, working in M&A (mildly boring too), who enjoys drinks by the river with friends, and going to the gym.

The rent is £1110/month for the ensuite and £825/month for the other double. Bills and council tax (around £120) are not included in the price and are shared among flatmates.
