2 rooms available in West Kensington Flat

Hey everyone! My flatmates are sadly moving out so I'm looking for 2 people to take over their rooms. The tenancy agreement is from September 1st until the 31 August 2025.

The double room is located in a quiet, residential area between Baron’s Court and West Kensington stations. Excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Sainsbury’s Local (5-min) and Tesco Superstore (10-min) walk away.

The rooms is fully furnished with large double bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk(in the larger room). The spacious flat includes a large living room, kitchen, bathroom (with second shower room) and small back garden. There is also plenty of storage space in the hallway for luggage.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly and easy-going working professional who loves to cook, travel, have a fun night out at a pub, but equally enjoys a cozy night in.

Bills are around £100-150 a month (less in the summer)

Gas/Electric: £60-70 (paid every 3 months)

Water: £15
