Hi potential roommate!

The Room:

We have a lovely sunny double room available in the boujee/safe neighbourhood of West Kensington!

We're looking for a fourth housemate to join the three of us (Ali, Emily and Charlotte) from the 4th of October. The property is a lovely terraced house, spread over 3 floors with it's own garden and living room!

The house is in an amazing location with great transport links to 3 tubes and an overground. The house is equal distance between West Kensington and Barons Court (District and Piccadilly lines), 10 mins from West Brompton and a 15 min walk to the river. Area is super nice with lots of shops within walking distance.

The rent is also an absolute steal for the area!

The only thing to note is that the room is unfurnished but the current roommate is happy to sell on most of the furniture seen in the pictures!

About us:
We all get along really well and often spend time together going climbing, sharing a bottle of wine, or having bbq's in the garden. We're all working full time jobs so respect each others own space and time too. We're looking for a sociable housemate to join us!

A little bit about us

Emily:
Our resident professional baker - if you want to learn how to make a macron Emily is your girl! Emily has been the best local tour guide since I moved in, with an expert knowledge of the best local pubs and food markets!

Ali:
The resident handy man and pest control! Ali is also a keen chef (this household likes to cook!). On weekends you'll find Ali paddle boarding and rustling up delicious meals!

Charlotte:
Most recent member of the house and new to London - so I'm very keen to explore the city! Currently attempting my wholesome girlie era (mainly because I can't hack the hangover anymore) so always up for a Sunday yoga and a coffee!

Other things to note
* Parking available with permit from council (~£120/year)
* Rent excludes bills, which total approximately £110pm. This includes WiFi, Council tax (Band G), and utilities.

The letting agency require an annual approximate salary, or a guarantor will need to be arranged.

Viewings:

We are looking to hold viewings the W/C 26th of August and W/C 2nd of September, hoping to make a decision on the room by early September.
