The rest of the flat is really lovely, there is a huge living room with a Juliette balcony, large kitchen, two bathrooms and access to a communal garden.
Rent is £765 a month (including all bills) and the deposit is £850. The room is offered unfurnished (except the curtains). Move in date mid/end November.
