Housemate wanted! We have a room available in our 3 bed flat in West Kensington (W14).

Move in date - 20th of November

- Small double room- rent is £905 a month

- 5 min walk to West Kensington tube station (district line)
- 8 min walk to Kensington Olympia overground station
- Bills can be variable but cost around £100 a month (potentially more in the winter months)
- Lovely roof terrace on top floor and spacious living room/kitchen with lots of storage. Perfect spot for a cheese board, wine and sunset in the summer.

👯‍♀️About us:
- Two working professionals ages 27 and 31
- We both have pretty busy social lives but we do enjoy the odd night in together with a glass of wine, or a trip out for brunch now and again
- We are very clean and tidy, and have a chilled vibe in the flat, and would love to find someone who fits in with this!

We are looking for someone in their late 20’s to join us in our flat (female preferred).

To be noted that the real estate agency requires someone to move in with a permanent contract and UK settlement status.
