Looking for a chill and social flatmate to live into a double room available from 22nd December.
We are 3 working professional females who are looking for a social flatmate. We like to chill during the week but sometimes enjoy drinks / a night out together at the weekends. We are looking for someone down for a chat and laugh after work and maintain the friendly & homely vibe we currently have in the flat!
Rent is £625 pcm and bills are approx £85 per month (however is likely to rise a bit due to winter)
We are looking to do viewings either late next week (w/c 25th) or early the week after.
