Looking for a chill and social flatmate to move into a double room.
Great location - 6 mins to District Line, 15-20 to Piccadilly and Circle, walking distance to big Tesco
We are 3 working professional females , 2 Aussies and 1 Spanish (who is currently living in Oslo - so you will mostly be living with only 2 other flatmates). We like to chill during the week but sometimes enjoy a few drinks at the weekend. We are looking for someone down for a chat and laugh after work and maintain the friendly & homely vibe we currently have in the flat!
Rent is £625 pcm and bills are approx £90 per month (however is likely to rise a bit due to winter). Please note that there isn’t a separate living room (hence the cheap rent!) - however there is a sofa in the kitchen
Move in date is 15th October onwards (can be flexible up until 16th November but looking for as soon as possible!)
