Description
I’m moving out of our flat and I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract. The contract runs until the end of July 2025 but you will have the option to extend if desired. I’m also a bit flexible with the move-in date.
You will be living with another girl who works full-time in a hybrid setting. We have lived in this flat for the last 2 1/2 years, so you will have someone to answer any questions you may have.
Her is what she is looking for: "Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is clean, organized, and respectful of shared living areas. Someone who enjoys socializing and is up for occasional activities or hanging out together, but who also values downtime and personal space.
I'm hoping to find someone who will contribute to keeping the flat clean and tidy, so we can both enjoy a peaceful and positive living environment."
The flat is on the first floor and has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shared living room with a kitchen PLUS a nice balcony where we both like to enjoy a nice breakfast at weekends in spring and summer. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
The outside has just been renovated, so you can enjoy the balcony as if it’s new.
The room itself has a fitted wardrobe, a shelf and a double bed. There is also a storage unit above the bed but it’s a bit out of reach.
I’ve bought a couple of extra chests of drawers to have more storage options and I’m happy to sell them if needed. At the moment there is no space for a desk in the room itself but you can set up your working space in the living room. I have worked there for the last 2 1/2 years with no problems.
Bills are approx. £150 - 180 per person, including water, electricity, internet and council tax.
There are several shops within walking distance (Tesco, coop, Sainsbury’s, little Waitrose) and even a large Tesco is only a 10 min walk away.
There are two tube stations within walking distance: West Kensington Station (2 mins) and Barons Court Station (7 mins).
Please note that reference checks will be required (e. g. letter of employment, reference letters, right to rent).
We are trying to find someone asap, so we are flexible with viewings but like to do them this weekend. You will definitely meet the other tenant before you move in as we want to make sure it’s a good fit :)
