Double r. Sublet West Kensington 12.04-21.04

Double room, couple of minutes walk from West Kensington station. I'm leaving London for a bit and looking for someone to stay in the room from Saturday the 12th to Monday the 21st of April. Price is £180 for the period of 9 days.
The room is on the top floor of the big old house that could use renovation, there are several sections in the house with assigned kitchens/toilets which means its not busy, its very quiet in fact in the house. The street the house is on is very quiet as well.
I don't often bump into other tenants that all keep to themselves and rarely use communal spaces. If you like to keep to yourself this would be about perfect for you, the tenants are friendly but everybody minds their own business.
There is no washing machine, but there are several launderettes nearby.
The heating comes on twice a day gor couple of hours at a time.
The room would suit someone that wants a budget option to spend some time in a quiet place on a great location.
Quite a few of the people have sublet this room in the past and they were happy with their choice. :)
